- What are the Hospital hours?
Our hopsital is open Thursday-Tuesday 10am-8pm (closed Wednesdays). Patients are seen on a walk in basis, no appointment needed!
- Do I need to have an appointment?
We see patients on a walk in basis just like a human Urgent Care. No need for an appointment but feel free to call ahead!
- What forms of payment do you accept?
AUC Rocklin offers convenient payment options to make your experience with us seamless and hassle-free. We understand that flexibility is key when it comes to managing your veterinary expenses. We accept all major credit cards and offer the convenience of Apple Pay for your ease and security. Please note that, as of our current policy, we are unable to accept checks as a payment method. Additionally, we happily collaborate with all major pet insurance companies to expedite your reimbursement process, ensuring that your furry companions receive the care they need without delay. Your pets’ well-being is our top priority, and we strive to make every aspect of your visit as smooth as possible.

- Can I make payments?
Payment is required at the time of service.
- What is the pre-anesthetic blood screening?
This is a blood test that is run here in the clinic prior to surgery. It tests the organ functions, blood counts and clotting function of your pet. The pre-anesthetic blood screening is done to assure safety during surgery and the ability to heal following surgery.
- How long do the sutures stay in after my pet's surgery?
Procedures involving sutures require them to be removed in 14 days following the surgery.
